Karla Findley is the founder and lead REALTOR® of KG Legacy Group, serving buyers, sellers and investors throughout Central Florida. With more than a decade of experience in real estate, housing and business leadership, Karla has built her career around a simple belief: real estate should be about more than a transaction. It should create opportunity, build wealth and leave a legacy.
Known for her strategic approach, strong negotiation skills and commitment to her clients, Karla combines market knowledge, thoughtful preparation and innovative marketing to help her clients make confident real estate decisions. Whether she is helping a family purchase their first home, positioning a property to sell, navigating a military or VA home purchase, downsizing, relocating or exploring real estate as part of a long term wealth building strategy, Karla approaches every relationship with the same goal: protect her client’s best interests while creating an exceptional experience from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Karla began her career in housing and property management before becoming a licensed real estate professional and joining Keller Williams. Her experience has given her a broad understanding of residential real estate, investment property, property management, business operations and the systems required to build a successful real estate business. She continually invests in education, technology and evolving marketing strategies to ensure KG Legacy Group remains prepared to serve clients in a changing Central Florida market.
Her passion for real estate also extends beyond her own clients. Karla has spent years in leadership, coaching and consulting roles helping REALTORS® think beyond individual transactions and build businesses with greater clarity, structure and purpose. She is passionate about helping agents understand their numbers, develop sustainable lead generation strategies, strengthen their systems and create businesses capable of producing income, opportunity and long term wealth.
A United States Army veteran, Karla brings the values of service, discipline, perseverance and leadership into everything she does. Her faith and family are central to her life, and her commitment to serving others extends into her church, community and professional leadership.
Outside of real estate, Karla loves spending time with her husband, children, family and her Labradoodles. She enjoys everything Central Florida has to offer and believes deeply in building a life where faith, family, business and purpose can exist together.
