Selling probate real estate is a different ball game than a traditional home sale. If a decedent’s estate has property that you intend to sell during probate, this may cause delays that do not usually come up in a real estate transaction.

Every state has adopted different probate laws but anywhere you go, probate involves detailed rules on paperwork, timelines, deadlines, and requires a specific order of operations you have to follow.

Given all of these restrictions, we were able to get Shannon and Rosabel to the closing table with very little worries during the time they were under contract. We are so excited for both of them to be able to move on to a new chapter in their lives!
